What is Lumina Regenerative Health all about?
At Lumina Regenerative Health, the body is honored, held in great reverence due to its innate wisdom. The body holds the wisdom to repair and restore itself when given the right environment and modalities that work harmoniously. Our practice creates the space and introduces tools for that natural intelligence to flourish and shine.
Regenerative health is all about getting to the root cause of symptoms or a dis-ease. Addressing the root cause allows the body to reverse, repair, and regenerate from its current state. This is accomplished through detoxification, herbalism, nutrition, and kinesiology.
As a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner I am trained in Regenerative Detox, Iridology, Herbalism, and many other modalities to help support the body as a whole.
I specialize in digestive health, autoimmune, reproductive health, overall preventative care, children's health and many other issues and conditions.
"Disease" is nothing more than Dis-ease.
Dis-ease is a lack of ease and flow in the body that has derived from a state of prolonged acidosis and lymphatic stagnation.
My services consist of full health consultations, Iris exams, nutritional counseling, and herbal recommendations for all ages, along with a very unique community for Care Providers as well.
My motto at Lumina Regenerative Health is, "Choose what is high standard, and uncompromising". That way suffering is optional, and thriving is possible. When choosing higher standards and a uncompromising lifestyle, your body is capable and designed to heal when you give it the right environment.

The iris is an extension of the brain with over 28,000 nerve endings. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and nervous system. The nerve fibers receive impulses through the optic nerve, optic thalami, and spinal cord. It reveals inflammation, where it's located, and in what stage it is manifesting. (acute, subacute, chronic, degenerative). It reveals body constitution, inherent weaknesses, and different levels of health.

Together we'll explore lifestyle choices that empower you to care for yourself all the while leaving a legacy of health to your "littles", with the highest standards so you can continue to show up fully for those you serve, and yourself until end of the each day.

With almost 2 decades of experience nurturing families most beloved children as a Licensed Child Care Provider, and mother of 4, I have spent most of my life nurturing and supporting families. As a mother and caregiver, I learned firsthand the profound role that nourishment, environment, and lifestyle plays a large part in the well-being of both children and adults. These years of hands-on experience inspired me to further my education and graduated from the global Institute of Regenerative Health.
Now, through Lumina Regenerative Health, I bring together my background in childcare and my passion for cellular nutrition, detoxification, and innate health. My goal is to empower individuals and families to reconnect with their body’s own wisdom, advocate for their
well-being, and create a foundation for vibrant health.
I believe that true wellness begins with the light within, at the cellular level, and I am honored to walk alongside others in their journey of renewal, vitality, and lasting balance.
